The Bangsamoro Philippines

First of all, I would like to tell everybody that I'm a North Cotabato native and terrorism happened these past few days saddened me. I felt pity for my "kababayans", who were terrorized by some rebel MILF group particularly in Midsayap and Aleosan, western towns of North Cotabato.

With these terrorism happening, many critics and politicians are diverting the issue to Charter Change. I don't even know what they've done with the peace process. I mean the problem is not yet done nor settled, but why they've already switching and start discussing about charter change?

Is this just the so called "modern zarzuela" planned by the government or the President, herself just to show us why we badly needed charter change by this time? Another government propaganda to realized their real mission for themselves...

Transforming Mindanao to Bangsamoro is the President's way to achieve peace in Mindanao and I think what's good for some may not be good for everyone. Do they really knew how we felt about it? Not everybody in Mindanao have the chance to say or express how they felt about it like what I'm doing today.

No one had even explained to each of us here in Mindanao what's written the Peace agreement between the government and the MILF that was supposedly to be signed in Malaysia.

So the want Mindanao a Bangsamoro state (a realization of the wish of few MILF members) and I had been thinking that they considered everyone here in Mindanao a member of the rebel group.

Yes, we want peace in Mindanao but not this way. We want good governance and right leaders with genuine vision for our progress. We want jobs to earn for our daily living. We've been contributing so much for the nation especially in the Agriculture but were not getting what we deserve.

29th Olympiad - Beijing 2008

The world is eager for this event, and so do I. I had been waiting for this moment to arrive. I had been submitting my application to become one of the volunteers of this event but unluckily, I wasn't called neither for any phone interview nor received any email notifications.

Well, I would say that this quadrennial event is just as important to everybody's live. I mean people of different nationalities, the athletes of different countries and most of all are the people from the PR China, who will be playing host to the 29th Olympiad.

Never had been China got the chance to host the Olympic but I think everyone should give their support to this East Asian giant for the efforts done.

I would give an A+ grade for building such one of the most wonderful stadium I've ever seen, "The Birds Nest". Structure was rooted from the classical culture of China but was made with the modern architecture. Many people would think that everything coming from China are just made of unsecure and out of quality materials but they just proved the world how China can dominate even in the infrastructure competition worldwide.

At the end, China is aiming for the number 1 spot in the overall championship competition. I hope they will succeed onto this since they're even better in world sports.

I'm betting on their Badminton team, since I'm a badminton fanatic. I hope the Chinese Badminton team (especially Lin Dan) would give a big blow for their country this coming 08-08-08...
